We work constantly with our clients to establish quality, cost and lead time benchmarks for all commodities and services within the supply chain and perform risk analysis for all areas of critical supply.

We investigate options of inventory management for all critical parts in order to maximise the benefits and cost impact of both just in time and consignment stocking, as well as monitoring the impact of slow moving inventory lines to ensure best practice is applied at all levels of inventory management.

We have a policy of resourcing to  original manufacturer wherever possible unless there are cost benefits with alternative sources.  We also operate a ‘Low Cost Sourcing’ initiative where applicable without sacrificing the quality and lead time objectives or the integrity of the client’s market environment.
